NARAL’s horrible, no good ads claiming Cory Garnder ban birth control

According to Politco, “NARAL Pro-Choice and its Colorado branch are launching a $450,000 ad campaign against Republican Cory Gardner, highlighting positions on climate change and birth control for women.”

Well, that sounds pretty typical of a last-minute campaign attack, but have a look and listen to the actual television and radio ads. They’re suggesting that a vote for Cory Gardner will lead to floods and get this, condom shortages:

And believe it or not, the radio ad is worse:

NARAL is being widely mocked — and rightfully — for the ads:

Overplayed indeed.
